What a maintenance package should specify
- Updates: which components are covered, the update schedule and how failures are rolled back.

- Security: access controls, supported software and the process for investigating suspicious activity.

Maintenance and development are different jobs
A plugin update is different from rebuilding a checkout, redesigning templates or adding an integration. Common questions
How much does a WordPress care plan cost?
The scope depends on site complexity, custom code, integrations, hosting and required support coverage. Request a proposal for your site; a fixed price is only useful when the inclusions and exclusions are clear.
Does maintenance guarantee that a site cannot be hacked?
No. Maintenance reduces avoidable risks but cannot eliminate every security issue. Agree prevention, detection, backup and recovery responsibilities separately.
Is 24/7 support included?
Do not assume round-the-clock coverage. Working hours, escalation contacts and response targets must be confirmed in the proposal.
Can an existing website be covered?
